A small, private room for women building with AI

Oh good.
You're here.

We were hoping you saw your invite.

You know the feeling. You vibe code something with AI so good it stops you in your tracks, you turn to tell someone, and there's no one there who gets it. That feeling is what this room is for. The Rabbit Hole is a small, private circle of women building with AI and having the most fun of their creative lives, finally somewhere everyone gets it.

Here's the strange part of right now.

You're probably more creative than you've ever been, making things in an afternoon that didn't exist a year ago, a little obsessed, a little giddy, astonished at what's suddenly possible. And you might be doing every bit of it alone. The people around you are happy for you in a vague sort of way, but they don't feel the jolt. They can't. They're not in it.

This is the room where everyone's in it. Where you have to see what I just made is the whole point.

♠ How you get in

The one thing I look for.

I just need to know you're actually building. Everyone here makes things, shares what they figure out, and is honestly thrilled when you win.

No lurkers, no one quietly collecting screenshots to repackage later, no one performing. Just people doing the real work and cheering each other on while they do it.

I keep the door narrow for exactly one reason. It's what keeps the room this good.

♥ What it isn't

Not a class. Not a crowd.

I'm not teaching in here. No course, no curriculum, no me at the front of the room walking you through my process.

I host the space and keep it good, but I'm at the table for the same reason you are.

♦ Who this is for

You do not have to be an expert.

I'm not assembling a room of coders and pros. What I'm after is obsessed.

The bar is simple: you're a web designer who's built at least one real thing with Claude Code, Codex, or whatever your tool is (just something not in chat). Something that tidies your downloads folder, reads your email once a week, does a little research while you sleep, or even a simple website for a paying client.

You've got the basics down and you're hungry for more.

What's inside the door
01

The Dashboard

A directory of everyone in the room: who you are, what you're building, the thing you're weirdly proud of this week. So when someone's work makes your jaw drop, you know exactly who to go ask okay, how did you DO that. It's also where the good stuff stays put, instead of scrolling off into the void.

Find your people
02

The Group Chat

Our WhatsApp group. The tutorial that rewired someone's brain, the WAIT, did you see this that finally has a home. It keeps you current without the panic, and nobody's taking attendance. Come and go as you like.

Always on
03

The Coworking Room

An always-on room you can drop into whenever you want company while you work. Build alongside someone, keep each other moving, or just have a friendly face there when the thing finally clicks. Camera on or off, stay five minutes or the whole afternoon. You never have to build alone.

Drop in anytime
04

The Calls

Once a month, we get on camera, show off what we're making, talk through the parts blowing our minds, and laugh about it all.

Face to face
05

The Repos

Our own private GitHub org, where I hand over the things I actually run my business on. The membership app this community lives in. My proposals-and-contracts tool. My email marketing platform. My dictation and screen-capture apps. The Claude skills I write with every day, including my voice skill and the second reader that proofs everything before I see it. Working code out of a working business, not tidy little demos.

Click Use this template and it's your own copy to rename, re-skin, and take apart. Your repos go in too, so when one of us builds the thing everyone needs, nobody has to build it twice.

Clone it, break it, keep it

If AI delights you and you can't stop poking at what it can do, you'll fit right in.

If you haven't built anything yet, go make something useful first, get a little obsessed, then come find us.

$199 a year · no monthly · leave anytime

A quick, boring note on the money: the $199 covers the year and it's non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime, so you're never billed again unless you choose to be. No surprise renewals, no runaround.

Women web designers only. By application.

From me

I haven't been this excited about the interwebs in years.

I'm fairly certain you know me, but if you don't ... Hi. I'm Diane. I've been building things on the web since 2006, and I started The Rabbit Hole because the best conversations I was having about all of this insanity had nowhere to live, and because something this fun started to feel a little silly to do alone.

So I made the room I wanted to be in. Small on purpose, lots of tea, a few scones, and some merriment with all the chaos.

One honest thing: this is brand new. I'm building it right now, so it's small, it's just finding its feet, and the people who come in early get to shape what it becomes. No testimonials to show you yet, no big numbers to wave around. (In fact, right now I'm limiting it to 25 people.) Just a real room at the very start, and a chair at the front of it.

Come take it.

Tell me who you are, what you're building, and what pulled you down this hole in the first place. It takes a few minutes, I read every single one, and I'd love to know what you're making. Come be in a room with people who feel it too.
